The Metamorphic Massage The Metamorphic Massage aims to reconnect individuals with their prenatal period and release blockages stored in their cellular memory that hinder their personal growth. During the prenatal period, the spine of the fetus, positioned against the uterine wall, records every stimulus, whether positive or negative, leaving “traces” in our body. This massage, with its very gentle touch, is performed on the reflex zones of the feet (capacity to move forward in life), hands (capacity to act), and head (capacity to think) in repetitive and reassuring movements. It helps individuals unlock their vital energy, gently release blockages, regain control over their lives, and access their full potential. Additionally, it promotes better grounding in the present moment, a release of fears, and increased self-confidence and trust in life. It truly transforms the recipient, with the practitioner acting as a catalyst. WHO IS THIS MASSAGE FOR? There are no contraindications. It is particularly suitable for those wishing to make peace with their birth (adopted or not) to move forward in life, pregnant women anxious about pregnancy or childbirth, and children/teenagers with behavioral, attention, or sleep disorders… The list is far from exhaustive. HOW DOES A SESSION WORK? You are lying down or seated, dressed, and comfortably positioned. After an initial contact, the practitioner performs a gentle massage by lightly touching the reflex zones of the spine. At the end of the session, you may share your feelings if you wish. The session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes for adults, and between 15 and 45 minutes for children. Generally, I recommend a series of 3 sessions to initiate a true deep work.
