My psycho-energetic treatment helps to make sense of symptoms or illnesses, whether they are of physical, emotional, or mental origin, and to support you in finding the keys to your well-being. My work as a psycho-energetic practitioner is based on different approaches and uses various techniques that I have acquired: -> Emotion management and understanding the origin of ailments (Applied Bio-Cybernetics) -> Stress management (EFT, seated minute massage®, breathing techniques) -> Relaxation of the body and mind necessary for letting go (Hypno Relaxing Massage) -> Energetic rebalancing, particularly through work on the chakras -> Releasing limiting thought patterns that prevent you from discovering the entirety of your being and the infinite possibilities it holds—We are shaped by our upbringing, the weight of our family histories, and even transgenerational influences. (Access Bars ®) -> Personal work on oneself to consolidate the treatment using various tools that I will provide. After a time of discussion, we will together determine the most appropriate treatment for your current needs. After the treatment, I will provide you with various tools or documents, depending on the case, to support you in your self-work.
